Collaborating closely with the local and regional health/social care teams. We endeavour to deliver high quality care and support to all our service users, meeting all their identified needs, promoting self-awareness, independence and supporting them with full integration and inclusion into the community. We provide a safe, secure and homely environment in which we aim to provide a holistic service in meeting physical medical, therapeutic, spiritual/cultural, linguistic and dietary needs of each of our service users. In consultation with our service users daily meaningful activities are identified to promote self-awareness, well being, motivation and stimulation of our service users encouraging them to achieve, promoting self worth and fulfilment.
We achieve our objectives by having a staff team that is committed to the care they deliver. We ensure that on-going training and staff development programmes are available to all our staff. To this we have systems that have been implemented in our efforts to monitor and evaluate the efficiency of each and every aspect of our operations, ensuring customer care, staff welfare and general satisfaction from all points of contact within our service.
As a provider we implement a person centred planning approach which supports the progression of our service users.
As an organisation we constantly reflect and review our practice, this allows us to be consistent in the delivery and quality of care we provide to our service users.
Our organisation has developed best practice in relation to individual care and support packages. Individualised care and support packages focus on positives experiences and outcomes, which can be measured and evidenced.
