Fosse Court is a home for older people specialising in understanding the needs of Asian service users. Having nearly 20 years experience and located within the highly populated ethnic community of Leicester, it offers a range of culturally sensitive services to Asian/Non Asian service users. The building is a large property refurbished to a high standard individualised for occupancy by our service users, with twenty-four hour care provided by skilled and experienced staff team.

Collaborating closely with the local and regional health/social care teams, we endeavour to deliver high quality care and support. We focus on enhancing and maintaining life skills, and rehabilitating, stimulating lost skills and promotion of self awareness and independence. Be it through supporting them to return to their families, supported living or independent living.

We provide a safe secure and homely environment in which we aim to provide a holistic service in meeting the primary health, spiritual/cultural, linguistic and dietary needs of the service user. We achieve our objectives by having a staff team that is committed to providing and delivering quality care. Staff training and development programmes are ongoing for all of our staff, systems have been implemented wherein we can monitor and evaluate the quality of our training programmes. As an organisation we constantly reflect and review our practice, this allows us to be consistent in the delivery and quality of care we provide to our service users.
