Mental Health Residential Service

Newton House is situated within the heart of the ethnic community in Leicester, providing a range of spiritual/cultural sensitive services to Asian who have been diagnosed with Mental health issues and a Learning Difficulty. Newton House is three separate buildings. There is a large property refurbished to high standard, individualised for occupancy by our service users, with twenty-four hour care provided by skilled and experienced staff. The two smaller self contained buildings are  are halfway houses between twenty-four care and supported living, where the service users have more independence however staff or site to provide support as and when it is required.

We achieve our objectives by having a staff team that is committed to the care they deliver. We ensure that on-going training and staff development programmes are available to all our staff. To this we have systems that have been implemented in our efforts to monitor and evaluate the efficiency of each and every aspect of our operations, ensuring customer care, staff welfare and general satisfaction from all points of contact within our service.
As an organisation we constantly reflect and review our practice, this allows us to be consistent in the delivery and quality of care we provide to our service users.
