Mixed Gender Mental Health Residential Service
17 Park Avenue is located within the heart of the ethnic community in Birmingham, providing a range of culturally sensitive services to Asian people recovering from Mental Health issues. The property is a large Victorian building refurbished to a high standard individualised for occupancy by our service users, with twenty-four hour care provided by experienced/qualified staff. Collaborating closely with local and regional health/social care teams. We endeavour to deliver high quality care and support to our service users meeting all their identified needs, promoting self-awareness, independence and supporting them with full integration and inclusion into the community. We work closely with a domiciliary care and support agency in order to support this as and when it is possible.

We provide a safe secure and homely environment in which we aim to provide a holistic service in meeting spiritual/cultural, linguistic and dietary needs of each of our service users.
Daily scheduled activities are created to stimulate and motivate our service users in aspiring to achieve, promoting self worth and awareness at the same time empowering them to become more independent As an organisation we constantly reflect and review our practice, this allows us to be consistent in the delivery and quality of care we provide to our service users.
