Asian Care UK’s referral pathway is a comprehensive and efficient process, ensuring that individuals receive appropriate care and support as quickly and efficiently as possible. Following receipt of a referral the potential service user will undergo assessment by us.

After determining specific individual needs and suitability for our services our assessment team will work with the referrer to secure funding. The individual and their families are invited to visit our facilities to provide reassurance that Asian Care UK is able to provide support through every aspect of the recovery process.

Asian Care UK‘s referral procedure is a comprehensive and efficient process. Following receipt of a referral the potential service user will be assessed by a skilled assessor.

Our assessment format allows us to identify and determine the individual’s needs and his or her suitability for our services. Once confirmed that our services will meet the individuals needs the assessor will work with the referrer to assist in securing funding. The potential service user and their families, along with professionals involved in their care and long term future planning are invited to visit the services and meet and speak with staff to ensure that Asian Care UK is the appropriate service to provide the relevant care and support package to meet all of the individuals identified needs.
