Asian Care UK senior living services promotes and delivers a sensitive and needs lead package of care and support to older Asian people with enduring mental health issues.

We support those service users who wish to reside within in our services to have choice when it comes to the level of control they wish to maintain. This is done in consultation with the service users through Person Centred Planning.

Our organisation aim is for the service user to feel comfortable, safe and secure within the environment. The service user should be made to feel that they are living in their own accommodation with care and support being provided as and when required. 

Asian Care UK recognises that death and dying has to be addressed in a very compassionate and sensitive manner however, as an organisation we appreciate at these distressing and difficult times that certain choices and decisions have to be made. Therefore we are pro-active in supporting the individual to allow them to live as well as possible, at the same time ensuring that we maintain their dignity and respect their privacy and adhere to their rights at all times. We do this with great sensitivity and compassion in consultation with the individual, and where appropriate their family. Our aim is to support the individual and their families to access good palliative care from trained care providers, doctor’s nurses, spiritual representatives and social workers to ensure that they can remain in our services until the end of life.
